Moule Mariniere Creme
Moule Mariniere Creme. This variation, popular in northern France, is made with mussels, garlic, crème fraîche, parsley, white wine, butter, shallots, and aromatic herbs such as thyme and bay leaves. Moules marinière à la crème is a variation on the famous dish called moules marinière.

The good thing about mussels is you can eat them all year round! Dans une marmite faites suer l'échalote et ajouter l'ail. Add the mussels and toss lightly with the herbs until coated.
