Omelette Soufflee
Omelette Soufflee. Mix in half the cheese as well as the chives, if using. This traditional French egg dish is what happens when you combine an omelette with a soufflé by separately beating the whites before cooking the mixture in a pan.
Delicious and tasty 'Souffle Omelette' is ready to serve.
Add remaining beaten whites, and, using a silicone spatula, gently fold them into the soufflé base just until well combined.
Eggs, flour, milk, salt and butter combine spectacularly in this dish to produce a baked omelet that rises in the oven like a soufflé. Whisk the whites vigorously for about a min until light and fluffy, then, using the same whisk, beat the yolks with the Parmesan and basil. Add salt and pepper to the egg whites.
